Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a licensed mental health counselor based in Hawaiʻi. I specialize in working with queer, trans, and non-monogamous individuals and partners, offering care that is affirming, sex-positive, and grounded in genuine understanding. My work is shaped by a strong commitment to advocacy and creating spaces where clients don’t have to explain or defend who they are. I’m especially passionate about supporting people navigating identity, relationships, and the impact of stigma while building lives that feel authentic and aligned.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, relational, and rooted in deep positive regard. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe to explore your experiences without judgment, while also gently challenging patterns that may no longer serve you. I draw from evidence-based practices while staying flexible to your unique needs, values, and identities. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, emotional clarity, and more honest, fulfilling ways of relating.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, your story, and what’s bringing you into therapy. You can expect a warm, open space where you’re not rushed or pressured, and where your identity and experiences are respected from the start. We’ll begin identifying your goals and what you want to feel or experience differently in your life and relationships. My intention is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and more grounded in what this process can offer you.
