Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychotherapist with over 20 years of counseling experience, specializing in mental health and wellness, as well as life transitions and coaching. I have a warm and holistic approach. My additional expertise includes relationship dynamics and a range of mental health issues. I address complex emotional challenges with compassion and support with my clients. In sessions, I provide a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma-based matters, grief, bipolar disorder, ADHD, gender identity, Christian counseling, and life transitions.

I look forward to working with you throughout your journey. Please feel free to contact me by phone or email for a complimentary consultation.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy can be described as an integrative and client-centered focus, combining cognitive behavioral therapy with various other therapeutic modalities to tailor sessions to individual client needs.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, clients can expect to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their challenges, along with practical tools and strategies to navigate their issues effectively.
