Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist & Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor, I see clients with a wide range of issues and complexities. I partner with clients to offer solution-focused and brief interventions with a side of humor.

My approach to therapy

I see reaching out for therapy as an incredibly courageous act, and I honor that by respecting client ́s treatment goals and accommodating therapy to meet the client wants and needs. I offer a range of modalities and do so in a strengths based and solution focused manner.

What you can expect from me

Typically at the first session, we review what the presenting problem(s) are, what the history of those problems are (to include attempted solutions), and what the client treatment goals are by developing a treatment plan.
