My approach to therapy

I empower clients to identify areas for growth, guiding them toward greater wholeness. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused, with a Trauma-Informed focus, all grounded in a mindfulness-based practice.
