Great to meet you!

“I believe that everyone goes through challenges in life. Having someone to guide you on your journey is important. Counseling is a collaborative process and together we will make a plan and begin your journey.

I received my Masters degree from Texas Tech University. I have spent several years working and volunteering with counseling centers, school districts, Disaster work, Career Counseling, Academic Counseling, and teaching. I specialize in working with clients with sleep disorders.

My approach to therapy

I used a combination of a strength based approach and an psycho-educative approach. I believe the journey is a collaboration between you and me. Together we will make a plan for you to reach your goals in therapy. Together we will explore tools and techniques to reach your goal. I am here to support you along your journey.
