I have been practicing for 23 years. I have worked with all ages of the spectrum, from infants to seniors. My favorite clients are the ones who are self-advocating, want to make positive changes, and are who participate in their own process of healing.
I tend to work well with clients who like to be mentally challenged and who can think "outside the box". I use CBT and other modalities to try to find the mental blocks that inhibit people from moving forward.
I love meeting clients who co-create goals and then tackle those goals throughout the week and come back for new goals, as those were achieved. I believe that change can happen, with support and with clear steps to move forward. I would be happy to support anyone who wants to move in another direction for themselves, as I know change can be difficult, but know that it IS possible.
