The great poet Rumi wrote "out beyond ideas of wrong-doing and right-doing, there is a field. I'll meet you there." That field is a space where calm, love and forgiveness exist. There is no judgement, only acceptance here.

As a licensed clinical therapist, licensed substance abuse counselor, and certified hypnotherapist I look for dynamic ways to meet you where you are. I care about my clients very much. I have a bubbly yet down to earth personality. I use many tools in therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, behavioral techniques, hypnotherapy, and eye movement therapy.

I currently offer sessions through Telehealth. I look forward to creating some powerful and dynamic shifts with you at your pace.
