Great to meet you!

Some people survive and talk about it. Some survive in silence. Others create from their pain. No matter how you navigate life's hurdles, your experience is valid--and you don't have to face it alone.

With over a decade of experience as a therapist, I specialize in helping individuals gain clarity, embrace vulnerability, and work toward meaningful change. My ideal clients are those who are ready to explore the areas in their life that feel heavy, disruptive, or unclear--and who are willing to engage in the work of healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I have a deep passion for supporting clients navigating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship conflict, and life transitions. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I believe that everyone's path is different, and therapy should honor your individuality. Surviving doesn't have to be isolating--you deserve support, strength, and a safe space to process and move forward. If you're ready to begin this journey, I look forward to walking alongside you.
