Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth. My background includes working in community mental health, private practice, and multidisciplinary care settings, where I’ve helped clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and stress.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence‐based practice. I believe clients are the experts on their own lives, and my role is to help you explore your experiences, identify patterns, and build tools that support meaningful change. I draw from modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths‐based therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals.

I work to create a space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and empowering, where you can speak openly and move at a pace that feels right for you. I balance warmth with gentle challenge, helping you gain insight while also developing practical strategies you can use in daily life. My focus is always on helping you build resilience, deepen self‐understanding, and move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. I’ll invite you to share what’s been going on in your life, what feels heavy or confusing, and what you’re hoping to change. We’ll talk about your story, your strengths, and what you want your life to look like moving forward.

I create an environment that is open, relaxed, and genuinely supportive, where you can speak freely without judgment. We’ll discuss what therapy can offer, explore initial goals, and identify a few practical steps or coping strategies you can begin using right away. I hope that you leave the first session feeling heard, grounded, and encouraged about the work ahead.
