Great to meet you!

I am an aspiring musician who loves movies, music, and love fantasy books. I became a counselor to help myself and others better understand feeelings and to be more present and get more out of life. I believe therapy is most effective when it is connective and personal.

My approach to therapy

I excel in Acceptance Commitment Therapy which helps identify your core values and take action towards a more powerful and enriching life. My training has been grounded in social advocacy, personal resilience, utilizing fandoms and pop-culture, empowerment, and faith. I have led groups for men, therapeutic Dungeons and Dragons, in University, community, and faith settings.

What you can expect from me

I hope that therapy can be more conversational. In the first session, you can expect me to explore with you your goals, and also what brings you enjoyment.
