My approach to therapy

I help motivate my clients to keep going despite the challenges. I work with individuals, couples, and groups. My style is open, encouraging, compassionate, challenging, and fun.

I utilize approaches based in Acceptance Commitment Therapy, A new wave of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that allows you to connect with your values and commit to action that will bring about lasting change. My sessions encourage openness, vulnerability, identifying emotions, and creating growth.
