Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I feel that taking into context the whole person and their environment is key to understanding one’s mental health. Reaching out when you're struggling is challenging, but it is also the first real step toward healing. I am excited to join you on your journey! I have been practicing Therapy and Social Work for the past 8 years working primarily with adults in community mental health, hospital-medical, and psychiatric settings. My population of focus is adults 18+ struggling with anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy

People are diverse and unique. Approaching therapy from an honest and open standpoint that embraces individuality is key to building an effective and therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a welcoming, and secure environment that encourages sharing and promotes insight and problem solving.

What you can expect from me

We will begin with introductions where we will learn about you and what you hope to gain from therapy. My goal will be to provide a safe and comfortable setting where trust and rapport can be built. As we progress from there, we will work to achieve your goals in the sessions that follow.
