Great to meet you!

Hi my name is Jared. I've been working with individuals, families and couples for nearly 5 years across a variety of issues. I also teach psychology so I love passing along new research and tools.

My approach to therapy

I primarily work with EFT, ACT, and CBT but I take a pragmatic approach to therapy. I'm most interested in what works. I love giving client's an arsenal of tools to try on thier issues to find out what works best for them.

What you can expect from me

My couples and family work has been focused on improving communication and intimacy. Individual work is often focused on specific strategies based on the issue. You can expect to leave the session with a tool to address the presenting problem.
