Great to meet you!

Bicultural clinician with a passion for providing therapy to children, their families and individual adult clients.

I am deeply committed to supporting women who are navigating the overwhelm of modern life (relationships, career, identity of self) moving from survival mode to feeling calm, clear and safe. By identifying and healing the underlying origins of your distress we will work to restore your internal battery.

I have also spent 15+ years counseling parents and children prioritizing healthy communication tools, boundary setting and relationship repair using cognitive behavioral, collaborative problem solving and family systems interventions.

My background includes providing therapeutic services to children, families and adults in outpatient mental and school based K-8 integrated health clinics. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Case Manager in the state of Oregon.

I see you as a whole person, where your culture, heritage, and gender identity are respected and valued as core parts of your healing journey. Fluent in Spanish and English.

My approach to therapy

I provide a non-judgemental and compassionate environment to explore underlying triggers, such as past trauma or high pressure life changes, fostering healing, personal growth and repair in family systems.

My style is warm and down-to- earth, often incorporating a bit of humor to keep things real. While I use evidence based tools like CBT, DBT and Mindfulness practices, I prioritize making sure you feel truly heard and safe to be your full self.

My years of clinical experience have affirmed my stance that you are the expert in your life. I view therapy as a partnership where we work together to explore your challenges and discover new paths forward. My goal is to help you move from just 'getting through the day', to actually feeling like yourself again- grounded, connected and capable.

What you can expect from me

I often use Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused and Dialectical Behavior modalities in my practice. In the first session we will explore what brought you to therapy and then decide where you want to begin. My style of communication is engaging, transparent and inclusive.

I invite you to reach out so we can begin our work together.
