Great to meet you!

There are seasons in life when you're trying to understand who you are while also carrying the expectations of everyone around you. You may be navigating a new chapter in motherhood, questioning your relationships, exploring your identity, or feeling weighed down by anxiety that's become difficult to manage on your own. Whatever brings you here, you deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel genuinely supported. I provide virtual therapy for adolescents, adults, and older adults throughout Nebraska, helping people navigate anxiety, LGBTQIA+ concerns, maternal mental health, and relationship issues while also supporting women's issues, family challenges, trauma, stress, infertility, identity exploration, panic disorders, and cultural experiences that often become part of life's biggest transitions. My goal is to help you feel understood, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins with feeling safe enough to be yourself. My role isn't to tell you who you should become, but to help you better understand your experiences, recognize the strengths you already have, and build practical tools that support the life you want to create. You may have come to therapy because of anxiety, relationship challenges, questions about your identity, or the emotional changes that come with pregnancy or motherhood, only to realize those experiences are influencing your confidence, family relationships, stress levels, or sense of belonging. Trauma, infertility, panic, and major life transitions can also become part of that story. Rather than treating each concern separately, we'll explore how they're connect so we can create meaningful change that reflects your whole experience, not just one piece of it. Depending on your goals, I may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help reshape unhelpful thought patterns, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to process difficult experiences, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you respond more flexibly to life's challenges while staying connected to what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to know exactly where to begin before your first session. During our first few appointments, we'll take time to get to know one another, explore what's bringing you to therapy, and create goals that feel meaningful to your life and the future you're working toward. As we continue working together, you'll have a space where you can ask difficult questions, celebrate progress, work through setbacks without judgment, and develop practical tools that help you move forward with greater confidence. I'll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion while encouraging you to grow at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you'll leave therapy feeling more connected to yourself, more confident in your decisions, and reminded that you don't have to navigate challenges alone.
