Great to meet you!

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Howard University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in relational and somatic therapy. I support emotionally aware women in deepening their understanding of themselves and their relationships. Through our work together, I help clients reconnect with their bodies, explore relational patterns, and cultivate greater emotional safety and self-trust. In addition to my clinical training, I am also:

  • A certified yoga teacher
  • Reiki Level I practitioner
  • Sound healer

I am known for bringing warmth, humor, and intuitive presence into the therapeutic space, creating an environment where clients feel supported in exploring the many dimensions of who they are. My work integrates both evidence-based therapy and holistic practices, allowing me to support clients in a way that is both grounded and expansive.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on helping women move toward deeper integration, authentic connection, and a more grounded relationship with themselves. My approach blends compassion, emotional processing, attachment-focused understanding, and evidence-based psychotherapy interventions to help clients move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional wellness.

This space is supportive, collaborative, and intentionally paced — allowing healing to unfold safely and sustainably.
