Great to meet you!

I’m a clinical social worker and psychotherapist who helps people navigate life’s challenges and strengthen the relationships that matter most. I aim to create a space that’s safe, understanding, and even a little lighthearted when it helps, so you can explore what’s weighing on you and discover new ways to feel more like yourself.

My approach to therapy

I use a psychodynamic approach in my work with individuals, meaning I compassionately help you explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns may still be shaping your emotions, relationships, and daily life. Together, we build understanding and insight that support meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive conversation where I take time to really get to know you. I approach our work with empathy, curiosity, and a bit of humor when it feels helpful, so you can feel at ease being yourself. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and begin to shape our work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
