Jasmine has been working with women that have been through trauma , crisis, grief and relational issues. Jasmine is certified in TF-CBT, she also enjoys working with women through various relational (parental/work/intimate/religion) issues but that does not exclude men. Jasmine wants to see each woman healed and whole in their mind, body, and spirit. Jasmine wants to create a place that women can come to overcome the imprints that life and circumstances have place in front of them.

My approach to therapy

Jasmine specializes with individuals and families that have experienced crisis and or trauma. She has a passion for helping individuals shift their pain, pressures, and past into something beautiful and meaningful. Jasmine enjoys working with teens, adults, families and group work.
