Great to meet you!

Hi I'm Jasmine! My passion is helping people build healthier, more connected relationships and families whether we're working one-on-one or with your whole family. My goal is simple: help you become the best version of yourself. In our work together you'll find a genuine sense of belonging, comfort, and healing, in a no-judgment space to explore whatever life is asking of you right now.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals, couples, and families, married or unmarried, who are navigating relationship struggles, life transitions, or simply seeking enrichment. Using a solution-focused approach alongside CBT and family-systems techniques, I support people working through depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, and everyday family and relationship issues, including the unique concerns women often carry.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is simply to get to know you, who you are, and what you're carrying right now. Together we'll talk through your challenges and needs without judgment, then build a plan with clear goals, practical coping skills, and strategies that fit your life. Whether you're coming in alone, as a couple, or as a family, you'll leave that first hour feeling heard, and knowing exactly what our work together will look like going forward.
