Great to meet you!

With 20 years in the healthcare field and 6 years in advanced practice, I bring a broad and diverse clinical background to my work.

As a dual-certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner, I approach care through a unique lens—integrating physical health and emotional well-being.

This perspective allows me to recognize how chronic illnesses, hormonal imbalances, and inflammation can mimic or even contribute to psychiatric symptoms. It also gives me a front-row seat to witness profound transformation.

In my practice, I take an inclusive, mind-body approach to psychiatry to improve clinical outcomes and empower patients.

My approach to therapy

Throughout my journey as a student, adult learner, and professional, I’ve encountered unique challenges that have shaped my perspective and deepened my capacity to connect with others. These experiences, combined with my clinical expertise, allow me to offer both compassionate understanding and practical support.

Though I welcome all patients, I specialize in working with young professionals and college students who are navigating the early stages of their careers. My clients are often high-achieving and motivated, yet feel stuck, overwhelmed, or anxious as they face significant life transitions. Whether it’s the pressure of starting a new job, adjusting to life after graduation, or managing shifting relationships and responsibilities, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to gain clarity, build confidence, and develop the tools needed to thrive.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll start with a quick introduction and talk about what brought you in. Whether you're looking for therapy, medication management, or a mix of both, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Depending on your needs, we might do a more in-depth intake to understand your background, or we might dive right into the concerns you're currently facing. Either way, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable and heard.

By the end of our first meeting, we'll have a clearer picture of your goals and a plan to help guide our work together moving forward.
