Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with six years of experience supporting adults navigating grief, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and ongoing stress. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.

Although I specialize in grief and loss, I also work closely with individuals experiencing relationship strain, persistent worry, low mood, burnout, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we work to better understand those patterns and develop healthier ways of coping and relating.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate practical tools for managing anxiety, stress, and mood symptoms while also creating space for deeper reflection and healing. Clients often share that they feel heard, supported, and gently challenged in our work together.

My goal is to provide a safe, steady space where you can gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

What to Expect in the First Session

Your first session is a structured but supportive conversation focused on understanding what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, relevant background history, and what you hope to gain from treatment. I will review confidentiality, explain my approach, and answer any questions about the therapy process.

There is no pressure to share everything at once. The goal is to begin building comfort and clarity while identifying initial goals and next steps for our work together.
