Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jasmine Robinson, LCSW-C

Welcome! I’m really glad you’re here

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I work with teens, college students, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not quite like themselves. Whether you're dealing with constant worry, sadness that won’t lift, stress that feels unmanageable, or simply feeling disconnected from the life you want, you don’t have to figure it out alone. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and focused on what matters most to you. I create a space where you can talk freely, without fear of judgment, and where we can work together to sort through what’s going on.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll identify the thoughts, habits, or situations that may be weighing you down and explore realistic ways to move forward. I often use practical tools and strategies to help you build confidence, improve your emotional well-being, and feel more in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

My goal is always to help you reconnect with your strengths and feel more grounded, hopeful, and supported, one step at a time. You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need a safe place to start. I’m here when you’re ready and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have in a free 10 minute consultation.
