Great to meet you!

I’m a Christian therapist who believes in balance, showing up with both structure and compassion, honesty and grace. My faith shapes how I approach healing, with an emphasis on grace, redemption, and the belief that peace is possible even in the middle of chaos. I focus on helping you find practical ways to cope, heal, and grow. My goal is to create a space where you can be fully yourself without judgment and start finding peace in the middle of life’s chaos.

I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Spring Arbor University in 2021 and have been working as a Serious Mental Illness therapist since 2023. I have training in DBT, DBT-PE, and CPT, and I use these approaches to help clients strengthen emotional awareness, improve coping skills, and create lasting change. I was drawn to this work because I believe healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered to rewrite their story.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I help you connect emotional growth with spiritual grounding. Through a balance of structure, honesty, and grace, you’ll learn practical ways to manage emotions, improve relationships, and live in alignment with your faith and values. My goal is for each session to leave you feeling supported, renewed, and empowered to face life’s challenges with hope and peace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. You’ll have a chance to share your story, your goals, and any challenges you’re facing. I’ll explain how I work and together we’ll start identifying practical ways to cope, grow, and find balance. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about the next steps on your journey in a space that respects your faith and values.
