Great to meet you!

Over the course of my career, I have worked with a broad range of populations and areas of struggle. I spent 4 years working in schools, 2 years in domestic violence support, and have worked in the private practice space since 2022. For the majority of my career, I have specialized in the treatment of trauma (acute and chronic) as well as the impacts of narcissistic abuse. I also have a background in the treatment of mood disorders, domestic violence, relationship struggles, and phase of life issues. I am currently only accepting adult clients at this time.

My approach to therapy

As a clinician, my ultimate goal for my clients is to make therapy more inviting and safe. I take a very relational approach, placing a high priority on building trust and rapport with my clients. I love working with clients who may have not had great experiences with therapy in the past, and enjoy taking on the responsibility of making therapy less scary and overwhelming. It is through this therapeutic relationship that I believe true healing can begin. I hope to work together with my clients to find solutions and set goals that best meet the outcomes they are looking to achieve.

What you can expect from me

During our initial meeting, we will review intake paperwork, and explore your current concerns and struggles in more detail. I always enjoy finding out about why therapy has/hasn't worked in the past, or what has kept people from attending therapy in general, to try and make our time together as welcoming and healing as possible.
