Great to meet you!

Greetings! I am a Doctor of Social Work and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have experience in various areas of social work outside of individual therapy, including medical social work, community mental health, and correctional mental health, which have allowed me the opportunity to better understand my clients and their social experiences that may contribute to their emotional state. From relationships and family challenges, educational barriers, college stress, parenting, housing, medical diagnosis, employment, lost friends, money management, isolation, and more, I'm here to support you along your journey in finding a soft spot to land and a process to progress!

My approach to therapy

The Theoretical Approaches that I most enjoy are Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Social Learning Theory, Narrative Therapy and Systems Theory.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away information on resources, personal acceptance and accountability, and a great deal of empowerment to evolve in their personal journeys.
