My name is Jasmine Warren and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. have a variety of experiences working in crisis intervention and with young adults experiencing various issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to being authentic, empathetic and unconditionally accepting of who you are, while also challenging you to become the best version of yourself. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy and I draw from various techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, creative expression, mindfulness and meditation.
