Great to meet you!

I’m Jason, a bilingual Spanish/English therapist who loves helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I take an active, authentic approach—clients often describe me as warm, relatable, and safe, yet willing to challenge you in ways that foster real insight and growth.

My approach to therapy

I’m an EMDRIA-certified EMDR consultant and specialize in trauma, attachment, depression, and anxiety. I draw from EMDR, CBT, and Relational approaches to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, helping you process experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change. If it’s important to you, I can also incorporate faith-based perspectives into therapy in a supportive, inclusive way.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll dive into a thorough assessment, including a clinical interview, psychosocial evaluation, and discussion of goals. My aim is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel heard and begin taking steps toward growth, healing, and positive change.
