Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who's spent over 9 years working with individuals, couples, pilots, and first responders navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, sexual concerns, and relationship challenges. If you're dealing with first responder stress, grief, substance use, or relational difficulties, I see you, and I'm here to help.

I bring a compassionate, open-minded approach to therapy. I'm naturally inquisitive and affirming, which means I'll ask thoughtful questions and meet you exactly where you are without judgment. Whether you're struggling alone or your relationship feels stuck, my goal is to help you find healing, clarity, and real hope for what's ahead. I'm trained in EMDR and a Certified Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Clinician, and I hold licenses in both Minnesota and Washington, plus Licensure as an Alcohol & Drug Counselor in MN.

My approach to therapy

I take a mindfulness-based approach that honors the mind-body-spirit connection. Life's challenges don't just live in our heads. They show up in our bodies, our relationships, and our sense of meaning. I weave together EMDR, ART, and other evidence-based techniques with a holistic, strengths-focused lens. That means we're not just treating symptoms. We're looking at the whole picture of who you are and what you need to heal.

I've had extensive training in trauma and PTSD, and I tailor my approach to fit your unique situation. Whether you're a pilot managing performance anxiety, a first responder carrying the weight of what you've seen, or a couple trying to reconnect, I'll work with you to build a path forward that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, expect a conversation, not an interrogation. I'll ask about what brought you in, what you're hoping to change, and what's been weighing on you. We'll talk about your goals and start to map out how we can work together. I want you to feel heard and understood from day one.

You can also expect me to be real with you. Therapy works best when it's a collaboration, so I'll be curious, ask questions, and invite you to be an active part of the process. Life's challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face them alone. Wherever you are on your journey, I'm here to support you. Reach out today.
