Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping youth, young adults, couples, and families find meaningful direction in navigating difficulties with anxiety, depression, oppositional and defiant behavior, obsessive and compulsive behavior, as well as traumatic stress.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with genuine curiosity, humbly meeting prospective clients where they are, validating those life experiences that bring our clients into therapy, and learning more about the tool kits, supports and resources clients have used thus far to steer them through stressful seas and troubled waters.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is not just about reducing stress or managing symptoms. My belief is that therapy also involves creating a fruitful space for discovering personal values (i.e., self-guiding principles that give direction in life), exploring your identity (i.e., sense of self), and developing your own unique set of coping skills for living life in value- and identity- consistent ways.
