Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Jason. I love the work that I do supporting individuals and couples to navigate the stressors in their lives. The choice to engage in therapy is a deeply personal one, and I'm fortunate that so many people have allowed me to share in that process over my last decade as a clinician.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is primarily focused on an attachment-based therapy called Emotionally-Focused Therapy. As a supervisor to other therapists, I am also well versed in other modes of therapy, including DBT, CBT, IFS, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

What you can expect from me

My first goal in therapy is to help my clients to feel safe and heard. The most important factor in therapy being a productive space to learn skills and explore yourself is to have a sense of trust in your connection with your therapist.
