Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I'm a dedicated Marriage & Family Therapist committed to creating a safe and supportive space for individuals, couples, and families to navigate the challenges life. I specialize in helping individuals (pre-teens through adulthood) that struggle with anxiety, OCD, and other stress related difficulties. I also help couples with relationship and communication challenges when there has been life events that have caused their relationship to suffer. I also specialize in helping parents coparent more effectively.

My approach to therapy

In my 20 years of experience as a therapist, I find clients benefit from a compassionate and supportive person that can be with them in their struggles, as well as offer insight and guidance into how to achieve their goals. I work with clients relationally, whether that relationship is with yourself, a partner, or family member, I am here to guide and support your journey.I focus on deepening communication, creating new connection, and moving beyond the past events that control our present lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away several things from our sessions. First, they will leave feeling heard and supported. They will also leave with a level of new insight, knowledge, or awareness of deeper themes that contribute to the presenting problem. Finally, they will also leave a session with a plan of how to address the situation or a solution to implement in their life.
