Great to meet you!

I’m a social worker with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and have been practicing as a psychotherapist since 2021. I support adults navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, substance use, and other serious mental health challenges, especially during times of increased stress, loss, or transition. I work with people who feel overwhelmed by life changes, relationship concerns, or past trauma. I have a special interest in supporting caregivers of medically complex family members, individuals exploring neurodivergence later in life, men new to therapy, and new dads.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore what matters most to you. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies to help you feel more grounded, confident, and better able to enjoy daily life. I use an eclectic, holistic approach, drawing from CBT, ACT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to tailor therapy to how you think and live.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can share your story, challenges, and priorities. We’ll explore what matters most to you and begin identifying practical strategies that fit your brain and your life. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer sense of your goals and next steps.
