I am a retired Navy Veteran that has a passion for mental health. I started working within the VA Homeless Program and transitioned to addiction services. I left the VA to work at a residential treatment facility for dual-diagnosis clients.

I have my Masters in Mental Health counseling and licensed as LPC. I also have my doctorate in Psychology and collecting the remainder of my clinical hours with the goal of licensure. I am certified on brain spotting, EMDR and Written Exposure Therapy trained.

My approach to therapy

I believe my role is to accompany a client on their mental health journey. I am collaborative but also willing to hold accountability and provide supportive feedback and encouragement.
