Great to meet you!

I support neurodivergent adults (and general practice clients too) in navigating relationships, communication, and heavy moments in life. I specialize in working with Autism, ADHD, and complex problems in relationships. My style is warm, direct, and focused on helping life feel more manageable.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and neurodiversity-affirming. I work with clients to understand how our history, nervous system, and life patterns got us where we are - and how it will get us out!

What you can expect from me

My priority is to help you feel comfortable, grounded, and understood from the very beginning.

In our first session, you can expect relaxed and collaborative conversation focused on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope to change. I’ll ask about your current concerns, history, and goals, and we’ll make a plan that feels realistic and supportive.
