I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR to help you meet your needs and actively feel better. My approach is especially effective for individuals navigating anxiety, boundary-setting, depression, and stress. I work collaboratively with you to develop skills needed to manage these challenges and cultivate a more positive and fulfilling outlook on life.
