Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I am passionate about working with youth, guiding them through the pivotal changes they face during their formative years. I believe in providing a supportive space where young people can navigate the challenges of learning, growing, and developing into confident young adults. My goal is to help them build resilience, self-awareness, and the skills necessary to thrive in their journey toward adulthood.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist specializing in adolescent mental health needs specific to anxiety, depression and adjustment, I help youth navigate overwhelming emotions and develop coping mechanisms to live more fulfilling lives. With a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, I empower youth to identify negative thought patterns and build resilience in the face of life's challenges, creating a supportive space for lasting change, through a variety of creative therapeutic approaches.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, youth will gain valuable tools that encourage new ways of thinking and offer different perspectives. They will learn to embrace alternative viewpoints to help manage difficult emotions, empowering them to respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively. By the end of our sessions, they will leave with improved communication skills, enabling them to express their needs and feelings effectively without letting emotions drive their choices.
