Great to meet you!

I bring nearly two decades of experience providing social work services across educational, community, and virtual settings. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals and families through life's challenges by helping them strengthen relationships, improve communication, build resilience, and develop practical strategies to achieve their personal goals. I am passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to navigate change, overcome obstacles, and thrive.

My areas of specialization include Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), neurodivergence, developmental disorders, behavioral challenges, emotional disturbance, anxiety, mood disorders, anger management, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), school-related concerns, and education and learning disabilities. I also enjoy working with parents, caregivers, and families to strengthen relationships, support positive behavioral outcomes, and build confidence in navigating complex life transitions. Additionally, I provide support for individuals experiencing pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum concerns.

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, recognizing that every individual brings unique abilities, experiences, and goals to the counseling process. Together, we work to identify meaningful solutions, foster resilience, and create lasting positive change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, understanding, and respect. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies for growth.

Because every individual and family is unique, I tailor my approach to meet each client's specific needs and goals. Together, we work to strengthen coping skills, improve communication, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Taking the first step can feel difficult, but you don't have to do it alone. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward greater well-being and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel uncertain, but you don't have to navigate it alone. During our first session, I'll take time to understand your experiences, concerns, and goals. My hope is that you'll leave feeling comfortable, supported, and empowered, with a clearer sense of direction and the confidence that we can work together to help you achieve meaningful growth.
