Great to meet you!

Therapy for High-Functioning Women & Teens Navigating Remote Life. You may be doing well on paper and still not feel well. You’re showing up for work or school, meeting expectations, and keeping things moving—but underneath the productivity, you may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or unlike yourself.

I work especially well with high-functioning women and teens navigating remote work, virtual school, and the unique challenges of having work or school happen where you live. This can include workplace or academic stress, identity and life transitions, sleep concerns, anxiety, health-related stress, burnout, and difficulty finding balance when the boundaries between work, school, and personal life become blurred.

I believe you don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes you simply need a space to slow down, understand what's happening, and figure out what needs to change.

My approach to therapy

I take time to understand the bigger picture rather than focusing only on the symptom that brought you to therapy. We may explore how sleep, mood, stress, health, relationships, environment, and daily functioning are connected.

Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and practical. I won't assume that what works for someone else will automatically work for you. Together, we'll identify patterns, make sense of what's getting in the way, and develop strategies that fit your actual life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll get to know each other, discuss what brought you to therapy, and identify what you'd like to be different. You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. We'll start where you are and build from there.
