Great to meet you!

I work with clients who have a wide range of concerns from depression & anxiety, to relationship issues & life changes, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD. I believe the counseling process helps clients move from simple goal formation to achieving more than they knew possible.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is warm, down-to-earth, interactive, and easy with humor. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients should finish their therapy sessions with me feeling like they just had a comfortable, easy-going conversation with a friend they know will keep all of their conversations confidential. I like my clients to feel right at home and know they can talk to me about anything without judgement, and will receive down-to-earth compassionate feedback.
