Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Dr. Jazmone Wilkerson, a dedicated mental health professional committed to providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work with clients to better understand themselves, overcome challenges, and build lasting skills for emotional well-being.

I have experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, self-esteem, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. Using an evidence-based, client-centered approach, I tailor therapy to each person's unique needs, strengths, and goals.

My goal is to help you gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. As a Ph.D.-level clinician and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), I strive to create a trusting, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to help clients develop practical coping skills, build on their strengths, and achieve meaningful change. Because every client is unique, I personalize treatment to align with your goals, values, and experiences.

I work with adults, adolescents, and couples facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and other life difficulties. Together, we'll build resilience, gain insight, and work toward lasting emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and the goals you'd like to achieve. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions about my approach and what to expect from the therapy process.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. This is a space all about you! There is no pressure to cover everything in one session.

By the end of our meeting, we'll have a clearer understanding of your needs and begin developing a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals. Together, we'll create a path toward meaningful, lasting change.
