Great to meet you!

Hi! I have been a therapist since 1982, starting as a recreation therapist out of college, completing grad school at NYU in Art Therapy and continuing with addiction studies. I woked in various hospitals in NYC. Coming to Florida, I got my LMHC and MCAP and have worked as a primary therapist, and eventually a clinical director for mental health and substance abuse treatment centers. I have worked private practice for the past 2 years and love being able to see people virtually!

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic because everyone needs something a little different. But the priority is that we create a safe space for you to explore the issues that are affecting you!

What you can expect from me

You can expect to be able to share whatever is on your mind, and I will help you in the way that is most beneficial for you!
