Great to meet you!

If you have been carrying something heavy, whether it is anxiety, grief, a substance use struggle, or the weight of a relationship that has felt unsafe, you deserve a space where you can set it down without judgment. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW from Walden University and years of experience in trauma, domestic violence, mental health, and substance use. I am genuinely warm, open-minded, and I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, help you reconnect with the strengths you already have, and build practical tools for real and lasting change. Whoever you are and wherever you are starting from, you are welcome here.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Motivational Interviewing. For clients working through addiction or trauma, I also draw on Seeking Safety and Strength-Based approaches, helping you reconnect with your own resilience rather than simply managing symptoms. I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to keep sessions practical and goal-oriented, so you leave with tools you can actually use. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to bring an active, compassionate presence that helps you move forward on your own terms.

What you can expect from me

With an open-minded approach listening with curiosity, not criticism, creating a space where you feel heard and safe. This is a collaborative, safe space, and I’m here to listen to your story without judgment, empowering you to define the goals that will make the most meaningful difference in your life.
