Jeane Salifu

I am a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with extensive experience in psychiatric care. I provide comprehensive outpatient treatment for individuals with various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, and mood disorders to name a few. With an open-minded and personable approach, I conduct mental health evaluations, deliver behavioral treatments, coordinate care, offer supportive therapy, and facilitate referrals for specialized treatment as needed.

I emphasize building rapport and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. I take a compassionate, open-minded, and solution-focused approach. My goal is to empower clients by providing insight, coping strategies, and practical tools to help them manage their mental health effectively.

I have a firm understanding of medications, their safety considerations, effects on my patients. I always create a supportive environment that tends to my patient's needs. My patient's comfort and well-being are my priority.
