Hi everyone! Thank you for viewing my profile. I started studying psychology and working with patients while living abroad in Italy. When I moved back in 20011, I finished up my schooling and worked towards opening my own practice. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Central Michigan University and went on to finish my Master's Degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am dually licensed as a Limited Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor. I have experience working with clients from all different backgrounds and ages. I specialize in Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Personality Disorders and overall Stress Management and Trauma.

I take a very relaxed approaching to treating clients. I listen to their specific needs and together we create a plan and approach that caters to their needs and wants. I like to utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a means of helping combat negative self-talk and lack of motivation.

The first session is a chance to meet and discuss what challenges you are facing and develop a plan on steps to take to overcome these challenges. This gives you a chance to ask questions and familiarize yourself with the intake process and what you can gain from therapy.
