Great to meet you!

You should know that I’m both compassionate and direct. I offer a supportive space while also helping you look honestly at patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My work is practical and trauma-informed, focused on helping you build boundaries, regulate stress, and reconnect with your sense of self. I don’t believe in quick fixes, but I do believe in meaningful change—at a pace that feels safe, respectful, and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I work from a trauma-informed lens, recognizing how past experiences shape current patterns, stress responses, and relationships. Therapy with me focuses on building insight alongside real tools—such as boundary-setting, emotional regulation, and time and energy management—so change feels sustainable, not overwhelming. I move at a pace that feels safe, helping you reconnect with your sense of self while navigating life’s responsibilities with more clarity and balance.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on helping you feel comfortable, heard, and grounded. I’ll ask questions to understand what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any past experiences that may be influencing how you’re feeling now. We’ll talk about your goals, identify immediate stressors, and begin to clarify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—this session is about starting at a pace that feels safe and building a foundation for meaningful work together.
