Jeanne Lenertz

Hi, my name is Jeanne Lenertz and I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has over 30 years of experience working. I''ve provided therapy and support to adolescence, adults, individuals, couples and families in clinical, community and educational settings. Within my experience, I've worked with a wide range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief and lose, trauma, physical and sexual abuse, parenting issues, personality disorders, adjustment disorders and assisted in teaching emotional regulation and skills. I love working with a variety of cultures and backgrounds because it not only is my role to help you but I end up learning and gaining extensive knowledge on your background and your life. I look foward to working with and assisting you in you quests to gain more understannding of yourself and the world around you. and navigate the direction you wish to travel.

I have connected with clients through an integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-foused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, adjustment disorders issues, child and adolescent development issues. I work to support by establishing and providing a positive and supportive environment focusing on helping you meet and master the goals on the road you wish to travel.

Clients will be able to learn how I approach sessions with them. I will be honest and realistic, and will be very clear about what I can and cannot help with. My objective is to be as approachable, relaxed, and nonjudgmental with the setting as possible.
