Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I have worked with a broad scope of clients and their families, from children to the elderly.

My specialty is in Women's mental health, with a concentration in adjustment to post-partem and perimenopause / menopause.

Treatment areas include (but not limited to): adjustment to new life stressors (work/life balance), hormonal changes, anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, anger, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

Potential clients should know that I help with a strength-based approach. I look forward to getting to know each person holistically. As a therapist, I am here to help you understand how you can use your past experiences to shape your future goals. This therapeutic approach is designed to help clients gain a better understanding of themselves by acknowledging concerns, allowing their feelings, talking about it, and finding ways to cope with these concerns.

What you can expect from me

Clients will find a therapist that is interested in helping her clients build their own version of success. Whether the client would like to manage adjusting to life changes, reduce anxiety, lessen substance use, or treat depressive symptoms, therapy can play an important role in identifying what drives them to feel this way in the first place.
