Great to meet you!

I am enthusiastic about working with young adults, teens, children and I believe there is no such thing as an ideal client since we're not living in the most ideal world. I believe in being that supportive and directive person in a client's life who is taking the journey with them. I work with a wide range of issues and address these through evidence based practices and skills within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, sand tray, and positive psychology. In regards to children, I focus my skills on therapeutic play and art to aid in processing and emotion regulation.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is direct and honest. I will focus on building rapport with my clients, but holding them accountable as well when needed.

I make sure my clients feel secure and comfortable with me in this safe space.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you should expect for us to get to know one another, create goals, and gain background information. Together we will create a treatment plan, make sure we are a good fit, and go over expectations.
