Great to meet you!

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience supporting adults, children, and families through life’s most difficult challenges. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family stress, or major life transitions, I offer a compassionate, grounded space where healing and growth can take root. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals and families, including those within the military community. I understand the unique pressures and sacrifices that come with military life.

My approach to therapy

Life can be overwhelming — whether you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, managing daily stressors, or simply feeling stuck. I’m here to walk alongside you. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are, and begin to explore what healing and hope look like for you.
