Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who currently works with adults and couples. I earned my Master’s degree (MEd) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from William & Mary and my Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Psychology from the University of Akron. The bulk of my counseling experience lies in working individually with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, life transitions, trauma, and existential concerns.

My approach to therapy

I currently work with adults and couples using an integrative approach rooted in evidence-based principles. These include being person-centered, existential, and culturally sensitive –all of which invite curiosity and kindness towards the parts of oneself that are craving change.

In addition, I value the importance of providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to delve into the deepest parts of your experience while providing tools to make your everyday life more manageable.

What you can expect from me

First steps are all about establishing a safe space. We'll start by getting to know each other, identifying some goals, and if you're comfortable moving forward together, we can begin figuring out the best path toward you feeling better.

We are all complex beings - no two of us alike. That is why I hope to meet you where you are, hear your story, and help you navigate the rough waters of whatever challenges you're currently experiencing.
