Great to meet you!

I’m a clinical psychologist with a PhD and nearly two decades of experience helping people across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Having worked in a range of clinical settings, I understand that no two people are the same, and I strive to create care that feels thoughtful, supportive, and tailored to each client’s needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should help you feel understood while also helping you move toward real relief and change. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical, and I work with each client to better understand their challenges, build helpful tools, and create a path forward that feels supportive and personalized.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a thoughtful and meaningful response to the concerns bringing you in, along with a clearer understanding of how those challenges may be affecting your daily functioning. In our first session, we’ll begin identifying your goals, clarifying what support would be most helpful, and discussing a path forward that feels practical and personalized.
